How it works:

Our price calculator provides a full, accurate quote, taxes included.
After you book you will receive a confirmation email and a reminder the day before your booking.
When we arrive, we will take final measurements and confirm the price before starting work.
Cleanings typically take about 3 hours.
**Please note: If your balcony is over 25 ft wide it may require multiple staff members. We may reach out for alternate dates to ensure staff availability.
**IMPORTANT: We do not work with animal excrement of any kind, including pigeon excrement. If your balcony has a pigeon problem, please book a specialized service first.

Note that pressure washing requires drainage and a garden hose-style water connection. Please confirm your terrace has these if you expect pressure washing.
