With every booking we clean the following areas: Glass (both sides of railing panes, exterior windows, dividers) Window sills and ledges Railing (top surface, underside and all connection points and posts) Floor and most types of flooring Door tracks Screen door Vents

Great question! We typically do not clean the following areas: Interior windows Ceilings Windows above 10 feet Underneath flooring tiles Concrete or stucco walls Outer edge of the ceiling (we can de-spider this area but detailed cleaning is not possible for safety)

Because we need to avoid having water spill onto neighbouring balconies, we cannot offer pressure washing for traditional high-rise balconies. We do offer pressure washing for units that meet the following criteria: Access to a high-pressure water source (i.e. hose hookup) Is fully-contained with drainage

We do not currently offer flooring installation ☹️

We offer furniture cleaning and moving at $75 each and are happy to vacuum upholstery but we do not offer upholstery cleaning. If we need to move furniture to complete the cleaning the $75 furniture moving fee will be applied.

We offer a spider treatment which involves treating the edges and corners of the balcony with an aerosol, spider-specific insecticide that dries as a film. The effectiveness of the treatment depends largely on the following: How much rain your balcony gets (less is better). The severity of the issue on neighbouring balconies. The age of your building: Newer buildings tend to have fewer nooks and crannies that spiders can live in. This treatment should not be considered an extermination and if the problem is systemic to your building this treatment can only do so much.

We do not offer repairs, however, while we complete your cleaning you can expect the following things to be address: Lubrication of screen door rollers Removal of trash and debris Removal of paint/concrete splatter from glass

We accept virtually all forms of payment: Amex, Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cash, e-Transfer and PayPal.

No! We use very little water in our process and we use a wet vac to collect all waste water before it has a chance to spill onto the balconies below. We can expect to have a few drips from washing the railing glass, but this is minimal.
